These are questions that 501(c)3 charities should expect to answer if selected to present at one of our quarterly meetings. If selected to speak, you be given 5 minutes to give a presentation about your organization. There will also be a 5 minute Question and Answer session.

- What Date was you organization established a 501(c)3?
- How long has the charity been operating locally?
- What is the charity’s mission?
- Whom does the charity serve? What geographical areas are served?
- What is the annual budget? Has the charity met its budget?
- What are the major sources of funding? (Government? Private Donors?)
- How much of every dollar donated goes toward program and administrative cost?
- Has the charity been meeting programing goals?
- How big is the staff?
- How many people serve on the Board of Directors?
- Does the charity use volunteers?
- What are some of the top priorities for fundraising?
- What will be done with the money, should this charity be chosen as the 100 Women Who Care recipient?
- Does the charity have any opportunity to match our donation?
